nsudalgaa ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the NSudalgaa application, https://nsudalgaa.mn, and Facebook Messenger survey chat.

Information we collect

• Name / username, phone number, email (when you register or sign in with OTP)
• Survey answers you submit via app, web, or Messenger
• Device identifiers needed for login/session security (optional)
• Location only when you grant permission for survey geo requirements

Facebook Messenger

You may complete surveys through Facebook Messenger. Chat replies and phone OTP verification are used to record survey results and provide support. Messenger is operated by Meta; Meta’s privacy policy also applies to that channel.

How we use information

• Provide survey participation, rewards/wallet features, and support
• Improve service quality and prevent fraud
• Comply with Mongolian law where required

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with processors who help operate SMS/OTP, hosting, or payment services under contracts, or when required by law.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Aggregated research statistics may be retained without identifying you.
